We Are Seeking Out...
Original artwork depicting the mascots of KPAC for the event’s program, which contains the map, schedules, and general convention information. The program is handed out to every attendee at the convention! The artwork may also be used for other promotional items such as appearing on signs, the KPAC website, and other items as needed.
Every submission must contain both KPAC mascots, the forest guardian Kumako and her bear cub companion Beau. The mascots can be dressed and posed in any way the artist wishes to portray them, as long as they are not dressed or posed as any copyright characters or compositions. The following depictions are not permitted in the submissions: drugs or illegal substances, pornography/hentai, violence, profanities, or any other inappropriate situations, language, or scenes. A submission may be deemed inappropriate by the KPAC Art Contest Judging Panel and disqualified from the contest. |
We encourage every artist submitting to the contest to check out the About The Convention page of the KPAC website to learn more about our mascots. This may prove to be useful for artists to come up with their piece for the contest as they’ll get to know our mascots a bit better by learning about their history and personalities.
