Registration

Below is information about the various ways you can get registered to participate at KPAC!

For Attendees

I'm Ready to Attend!
Here's the breakdown.

Attendees   $20
VIP               $150

Camp-Out! spots available for $50

Attendance is for a one day badge for the event, from 10AM to 9PM
VIP tickets are limited and include a Camp-Out! spot, a limited edition KPAC glass, and more!

To attend the event, you'll need to purchase a pass to join us. Passes help us cover our costs and let us raise funds to bring outside content to you. There are some ground rules as written below, and proceeding on means that you understand our harassment policy, photo policy, liability release and code of conduct.
Regular Pass ($20): This gives you entry starting at 10am and continues until closing time at 9pm. You'll have access to all events
VIP Pass ($150): This gives you a 30-minute early access to the main floor, a custom badge, and special swag. This also helps us keep the event going for future years. Entry to the event happens at the southeast entry of the Menard Sports Center (the side doors). Observe the overhead map below for entry and parking needs.

Be sure to bring your receipt of ticket purchase if purchased online just in case. We will hand you your badge and any goodies for the event. During the day, the vendor area will be closed from 3pm to 5pm to give them a break.
The area will reopen for two more hours with their replenished goods for you to see!

Camp-Out! spots are available in the parking lot outside of the sports complex where KPAC is held. Spaces are approximately 17 feet by 9 feet. Multiple people can reside in one spot. RVs are allowed and may need multiple spots to fit. Vehicle descriptions and license plate numbers will need to be submitted the day before the event in order to receive the overnight pass.

Camp-Out! Information

If you love meeting new friends and don't want to go home after a day of fun, join us for the overnight campout in the sports center parking lot! We will offer some overnight gaming, shows, and other entertainment while you're staying with us. You can purchase a parking/camping pass online during your normal ticket purchase. This pass is for each unit of parking, not for each parking space. It's also not for each person staying.

EX: if you come with a truck and a tent, that is one camping pass. If you bring along a 10-person RV, that is still one camping pass. If a family of four is in a single tent, that is one camping pass.

While camping, be safe during your adventure and make sure you bring along everything that you think you'll need. There is no power or dumpsite at the sports complex, but other resources are nearby. Most commercial gas stations have dumping available.

We recommend two places for showers:
Wash and Dry, 121 Smith Way, Soldotna
Kenai Boys and Girls Club, 705 Frontage Rd B, Kenai

Fires are permitted on the parking lot as long as they are on an ELEVATED fire pit. These are effectively raised metal buckets. Be sure to bring along 3x as much firewood as expected if you do so, and practice fire safety!

The lot has been separated for campers from the Night Owls versus the Early Risers. The Early Riser people are expected to be quiet and respectful with those surrounding that area. The Night Owls are understood to be awake late night with activities, gaming, show-watching, etc.

The next morning, we will be packing up and be out of the parking lots by noon on Sunday (August 4th). Clean up all areas and dispose of any cooled fire ashes into the trash. As we drive out, enjoy breakfast at any of the local eateries and reminisce with friends on how the awesome campout was!

Here's the breakdown.

Artists         $45
Crafters       $55

Before purchasing a pass, be sure to check whether your business is defined as a Vendor, Artist, or Crafter. Passes help us cover our costs and let us raise funds to bring outside content to you. A Crafter is a person who a majority of their work is fabrication-based, making objects or artwork by mixed media (yarn, fabric, leather, foam, metal beads, wood, metal, etc), and capable of providing commission work that may or may not be completed during the event or within reasonable time. SET UP
Friday Night Set-Up: 6pm to 10pm
Saturday Access: 8am to midnight
Shopping Open Hours: 9:30am to 7pm, with a temporary closure from 3pm to 5pm.

SERVICES
Tables will be available as-needed. Power will cost $25 for your booth. Wireless internet is available, but it is inconsistent.

CLOSURE
We are offering a market closure during the day for three reasons, all for the benefit of the sellers:
1. It gives staff a chance to relax, eat, and enjoy activities at the event.
2. It gives sellers a chance to restock with new merch.
3. Other conventions have seen and increase in end-of-day sales versus being open for the entire duration.

Friday Camp-Out!

Friday Camp Out $30
This is available for vendors only.
This is the rate for anyone to camp at the parking lot on Friday night from Friday setup to Saturday. Multiple people can reside in one spot as long as there is one vehicle and/or one housing unit (Ex. one truck and tent, one RV and trailer.)

We will need to submit your vehicle description and license plate number the day before setup and will be given an overnight pass at the door entry. We will e-mail you directly for this info.

Input the promo code "VENDNIGHT" to get access to purchase.
